Hello. For the past 3 weeks or so I’ve been feeling pain in my left arm radius. It’s a sharp pain and I only feel it immediately after bench pressing. The pain lasts for a couple minutes and then goes away up until I finish another set. It does not hurt while I am benching. Usually the pain begins at 185lbs and intensifies as the weight increases. I’ve been doing the Barbell Medicine 12 week strength program and am currently on week 7. I’m a male. Weight- 212, Age- 30, Height- 5’11.
