I realize specific injury questions may be more appropriate for a 1 on 1 consultation. So let’s say in general…
If someone is experiencing chronic joint pain that bothers them in normal daily movement BUT they are able to train pain free at full capacity… would it be valuable to take a step back and follow the recommendations in “pain in training what do” to see if it helps alleviate daily pain OR should you just continue regular training as long as the training remains pain free?
