I just wanted to post a quick thank you.
I woke up this morning with a new knee pain. I typically do not have knee pain. It hurt to bend my right knee, on the lower inside of the joint. I was scheduled to squat today. Last year, I would have taken at least a couple days off of leg training if this happened. Today, I took your your general advice “what are you gonna do, not train?” I started my warm ups and was pleased that it did not bother me to squat. I worked my way up to a heavy triple, 5 pounds under my PR, then did 3 backoff sets of 5. Knee feels better this afternoon, and I’m so glad that listening to your pain advice enabled me to train.
