Hi team, quick question. I’m currently doing the 3-day on the PB1 Gen 2 template (and enjoying it!). I noticed in the new PB2 Gen 2 template that there was the 3 day, 4 day, and 4 day non-competition tracks. For the PB1 template, if I’m doing the 3-day, and I am not worried about doing a test week or a competition, how would the end of the template change. At a guess it would be skip Week 11, and for Week 10 just repeat Week 9? Thanks very much!
Yes. From the accompanying PDF for the template:
“If you have no desire to test your 1RMs after running the program, feel free to repeat week 9 as long as you’re getting good results and enjoying the program.”
Should be good to go!

Marvellous - I came here to ask a very similar question and glad I did a cursory scroll. Was pondering whether to do PB1 or PB2 - I liked the look of PB2 since there was a non-comp iteration of the template, alas, I only train 3-times a week rather than 4 so wondered how to square that circle. Good to know I can do PB1 template, three days a week without the competition/test aspect, so props to everyone! (Though I’m very intrigued to watch the video accompanying PB2).
