Years ago (before you created Peri Rx), you said that you didn’t “count” the protein from BCAAs towards your daily macro target. I’m curious if your opinion has changed on this in light of the additional research reviews you’ve conducted since then. Does the protein content in Peri Rx count towards the 1.6-3.1 g/kg recommendation?

I still don’t count them and wouldn’t recommend counting them.
