I use it on workout days and take normal creatine (Dymatize, super cheap) on non workout days.
I just started taking it last week, before my morning workout and in conjunction with starting to eat whey/oatmeal right when I get up. This is coming from my previous practice of ingesting nothing before my workouts.
I believe it’s made a difference in my results and in the way I feel. I just feel better throughout the day.
one side effect I’ve noticed is a ton of gas/burping during workouts now. Is that normal with pre workouts and/or creatine?
it’s probably anecdotal but creatine makes me fart non-stop as well when i take it at night.
Taste is what it is with this product because of all the things in it, some of which don’t taste good. It’s not horrible to me, but I can see how some folks might not be able to take it, especially if sour or slightly bitter/salty things bother them. I feel like I notice a difference when using it versus not using it. Workouts feel more productive and I can drive harder without petering out toward the tend. Like has been said, all of the ingredients in this mixture have been shown to be beneficial. Lots of people get big/strong without them so I would definitely look at this as the final step you take after covering all other things first.
I find that it works best if you take it preworkout along with a couple of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. The big ones, not those shitty little bite size ones. Also, stay away from the watermelon flavor - it’s nasty.

One last thought on this. I just put a scoop of Sour Gummy Gainzzz Rx in a cup of coffee for a pre-workout. Interesting flavor, not bad really. You know you want to try it.
While everyone’s on the topic, is Peri-Rx the same product as Gainzzz, just renamed? The flavors are the same, but now there’s one with caffeine (I know caffeine isn’t a flavor) whereas I don’t think Gainzzz was ever made with caffeine, but I may be wrong.
