Just started Powerbuilding 1. I’m noticing that there are no ramp up sets prescribed in this template after week 1. Should I assume two ramp sets, even though they aren’t in the template?
For example:
Week 1 Day 1 Squat is: 5 @ 6, 5 @ 7, 5 @ 8
Week 2 Day 1 Squat is: 5 @ 8, then -5% x 2 sets. (should I do 5 @ 6 and 5 @ 7 before my 5 @ 8?)
