I am comming to the end of the begginer program (currently week 12.3, waiting for second lift to stall) and i have purchased the powerbuilding program to do next. As i was reading ahead I noticed that the back off sets are written - repeat @8 until it becomes @9 (cap at 3 sets). Does the cap include the original set @8 meaning cap at 3 sets total or is it capped at 3 additional sets meaning a possible total of 4 sets @8?
Also, after running this program, how do I determine if I am ready to move up to PB2, which is a 4 day program, or if I am better off sticking to 3 day programs.
