I am looking at which template to buy and powerbuilding 2 seems like the type of program i want to run. I was just wondering if there was a way to modify the template into a 4 day split. This is because I already train in the gym 4 days a week and play football on 2 other days when i don’t attend the gym.
Is the gpp work essential to the program or will the sport i play outside the gym be sufficient?
