Hello Jordan/Austin,
I am entering Week 5 of the PB I template (v3.2) , and I noticed the bench rx is not the same as what is listed for the squat and deadlift (the “repeat until” part).
That said I have a few questions…
- Is this by design or is this a mistake?
- Out of curiosity, if this is by design, why is the bench rx different?
- I noticed the same rx (as the squat and deadlift) is done for the 2nd movement of day 3…again, is this by design? Or did it actually get switched around with comp bench day inadvertently?
