Powerbuilding II Scheduling

I am starting PB2 and under the “scheduling” header it says its ok to mix and match elements of the training week, however they recommend keeping lifting days non-consecutive if you do. The part that throws me off is the recommended schedule has Mon/Tue Lifting and Thu/Fri lifting. Both consecutive days obviously. Normally I wouldn’t think twice about training on back to back days, except this program has Squat w/belt and leg specific accessories on day 1 and 30 more reps of squats the next day.

Am I supposed to be squatting on back to back days??

Hello Spacely! Yes, you can certainly squat back to back days, and you’ll be using RPE to regulate the load on that supplemental squat on day 2. You’ll adapt and then have Wed off. :slight_smile:
