Hi team,
I’m on week 2 and have a bit of an issue with my week due to work popping up. This week I will complete D1, D2, D3 & 1 GPP session for cardio.
I’ll be travelling for work for the remainder of the week so won’t be able to complete D4.
should I complete D4 next week and train an additional day of training for a total of 7 days of training or just skip it and start on week 3?
