Press modifications

Hey everyone. I’ve been doing the bbm untamed template. I really like the program and has got me feeling better than I have in the past. My issue I’ve noticed recently is on pressing days. My OHP is the weakest lift but I noticed when I press my left shoulder is always burning and sore. The pain goes away after sometime but I wasn’t sure if I should stay the course or modify the press for something that wouldn’t kill my shoulder?

This is a very complex situation that is lack of information to give advice. I would suggest to consult a coach instead and provide enough information for him/her.
