Press Strength Template Clarification

Hey Jordan and Austin,

thanks for releasing the cool Pressing Template. Purchased and excited to start. Two questions:

  1. Week 10 and 11 have S-P3 on Day 2. However, when looking at what S-P3 is for those weeks, it says “none” and is colored red. Is this a typo?

  2. S-P5 just says “Press”. Is this just a beltless competition press, a strict press, or does it not really matter?

Yea that was a formatting error. SP3 should be Press w/ belt and SP5 is press without belt, like you would do in a meet.
