thanks for releasing the cool Pressing Template. Purchased and excited to start. Two questions:

Week 10 and 11 have S-P3 on Day 2. However, when looking at what S-P3 is for those weeks, it says “none” and is colored red. Is this a typo?

S-P5 just says “Press”. Is this just a beltless competition press, a strict press, or does it not really matter?
