Program for First Powerlifting Meet

I’ve been a listener to the podcast but have never ran any BM templates previously. I’m registered for my first powerlifting meet in 12 weeks where I’ll be competing as a Masters lifter in Classic Raw (knee wraps). I have been lifting for about 6 years or so and a small amount of experience with utilizing RPE.

I’m coming off of several weeks of very high volume. What would be an ideal template to begin with that would fit a timeframe for a meet in 12 weeks? Thank you.

Thanks for the post and welcome to the forum.

I’d recommend Strength 1. It includes 3- and 4-day powerlifting specific templates that are 12-weeks long and should work well for you.
