Hey BB Med team -
I have a question on what I should do next after finishing my current training block. I’m finishing up Powerlifting II right now (currently on week 11) and have had great results thus far. I don’t feel I’m in need of a wash block yet as I just did one before starting this current block and feel I have one more strength cycle before needing another (feel free to disagree if you think differently).
so the question is do you advise I repeat powerlifting II or would this be a good time to advance onto Powerlifting 3?
