Hi, I know I did ask this in another topic but my reply on the topic kept being unnaproved (don’t know why) do I have to open a new topic, sorry!
My question was regarding what is the use for block pulls, what are the actual benefits and why would you include them into a program? I was thinking about doing rack pulls as an accesory for the deadlift after my heavy squat day. So it would look something like this
Day 1- Heavy Deadlift - Pause Squats
Day 2- Heavy Squats - Block Pulls
