Programming Guidance - Beginner Prescription Done Incorrectly

6 weeks back I had started with beginner prescription (I hadn’t purchased beginner template) and have been following the programming. Few days back I had purchased beginner template and while going through the template, realized that from Week 2 on wards in phase 1, we need to do the last exercise for 2 sets, whereas i have been doing only one set. Essentially I have been missing one set per session for 5 weeks.

Additional Information – At end of week 6 (week4 has been repeated for week 5 and 6) of beginner prescription these are my numbers:

Squat – 160lbs 4@ RPE8 (close to stalling)
Deadlift – 210lbs 4@RPE8 (close to stalling)
OHP – 90lbs 4@RPE8 (Stalled, no progress since week 5)
BP – 120lbs 8@RPE8 (Stalled, no progress since week 5)

Query: 1. Should I restart my beginner program since I have been missing one set all along or should I go to Phase 2 of beginner template?
2. At the end of 6 weeks, are above numbers decent at body weight of 143 lbs? I know it’s very subjective, but just wanted to know if there is any baseline.

No big deal man. Just start doing the final set twice going forward. Move onto phase 2 when that stops working.

Those numbers are great man, keep it up.
