Question about off day training

Is there anything that you routinely recommend people do on their off days for physical activity?

I’m currently on the hypertrophy 1 template and there are 2 extra days that don’t have lifting or GPP.

Would you recommend doing a 30–60 minute LISS cardio session @6/7 such as a brisk walk or a bike ride on the off days?

I don’t think people need to formally exercise on the off days, but some physical activity that’s unstructured, fun, social, and not terribly fatiguing would be fine if you want.
