What do on "off days"?

Hi,
In the spirit of always being active, what do you guys do on your off - rest days?
While it goes without saying that it’s all a matter of personal preference, as far as I’m meeting/exceeding the currently Physical Activity Guidelines, I’m looking for ideas for things to do on my rest days (i.e. cycling, swimming, running, playing different types of sports).

I usually am doing a longer conditioning session on days I’m not lifting, or riding motocross/playing golf. We’ll see what everyone else says!

I personally try to make Sundays a legit off day from training. The only thing I still make sure I do is get Atleast 8,000 steps in, usually ends up being more like 10-11,000. If my week has been really hectic through I’ll throw one of my runs in on that day to make up for it.
