Training history: I’ve run SSLP, the Bridge, Hypertrophy I, Strength I and Hypertrophy II.
My question is this: I’ve recently come to a place in my training where I’d really like to incorporate some cross fit style elements into my workouts. Naturally, this made me interested in the Titan templates. Since I’ve sort of graduated to the higher volume associated with the “II” tier templates, should I just go ahead and get Titan II? The thing is I don’t have a lot of experience with Crossfit. I did power cleans on SSLP and I’ve done a lot of MMA training in the past, so I’m at least adapted to what I expect will be a lot of extra conditioning work.
Would it be okay to just make Titan II my starting point or should I work through both templates? Thing is, I don’t want a drop in my volume as I’m concerned it may affect performance.
