Hey there.
I’ve never done any Olympic style or CrossFit training. I’ve followed your templates for years and made really good progress switching between power building and strength. Really enjoyed the low fatigue templates recently. However, I’d like to try something different this summer.
Which Titan template would you recommend having never done this style of training before? I’m already strength training 4 days with 2-3 days GPP so the schedule shouldn’t be a big change.

I’d do Titan I because there’s a LOT of GPP volume and these things are relatively new to you. Let me know how it goes!
