Hi guys, I have two questions here.

Rep ranges from week 6 of PB II appears to be 3 reps. I wonder if it is supposed to be 4 reps which I can assume from the percentages and the history of the BM templates.

I can not download updated version of Strength I, III, PB I, Hypertrophy I, Beginners, etc. which I purchased as well as Powerlifting II, Strengthlifting II, PB II, Hypertrophy II, etc. I can only download Powerlifting II, Strengthlifting II, PB II, etc. My email address is kch1665@gmail.com.
