Rack pulls and alternatives

Jordan/Austin or others,

I train at home with a Titan T3 fold back, wall mounted rack and attachable spotter arms (Basically a rogue RML-3W ripoff). Does anyone here have experience with the ability for a rack like this to handle rack pulls using the spotter arms? The spotter arms are rated for 800 lbs, and I am currently pulling in the low to mid 300’s (at least for the present time until more GainzZZzZ are had), but having no experience doing rack pulls on it, I’m not sure if this is feasible or recommended. If not, what other deadlift variations are there that can drive a novel stress as an assistance exercise that don’t involve bands or chains? Thanks a bunch for your time, much appreciated.

I probably wouldn’t rack pull off that setup.

Alternatives could be setting up some sort of block pull, or just doing paused deadlifts.

Thanks Austin, that is basically what I expected, just wanted to confirm.

If block pulls don’t work for you I’ve used a couple set of auto jack stands and a couple iron pipes so I can adjust height. I also use the stands as a way to load my DL without using a wedge or plate etc.
