Suffering from rrp (Rack pull problems)

So the folks at the gym I am currently using asked me to not perform rack pulls. Can I just do more rdls or a deficit pull in their slot? Currently running 12 week strength. I cannot change gyms at this time due to a remote work location at a critical access hospital and the gym being the only one around. Next gym is 1 hour 10 minutes away.

Can you stack up mats/plywood/bumper plates under the plates? That’s what I do as my rack doesn’t go low enough.

Anything in the gym you could use for block pulls? They’re not quite the same, since the weight rests differently, but they’re close.
