Rack pulls substitute for bridge 1.0

Good day, I’m currently running the free bridge 1.0 program, but I can’t do rack pulls in my gym because the safety pins are set too high. What excercise should I replace rack pulls with for the first 4 weeks of the bridge? Would Romanian deadlifts for example be an appropriate subsitute (same sets, reps and rpe)? Thanks in advance.

Do they have block, mats, or bumper plate that you can do block pulls off of?

Nope, just a squat rack with pins set too high.

If they have bands or chains available I would use that to get some form of overload. If not, then an overload slot is out so I would probably pull that slot sumo so you get some variation yet at least a similar load to your conventional deadlift.

I have this problem with my gym and stand on a bumper plate to remedy this. But also, 2ct paused deadlift 1" off the floor would also be fine.

You could bring two benches close enough and use them like racks if you can do that in your gym.
