Really a 5 rep max?

I’m trying to calculate my e1rm for squat and I have a quick question about the calculation. Wouldn’t a true 5 rep max be nonrepeatable? For example, a set of 5 within a 3x5 isn’t a 5RM because I could do it again a few minutes later, correct? What percent of my 1RM would be used in a 3x5? Thanks.

A true 5 rep max would be unrepeatable.

Most likely between 70% - 85%. There’s not enough information here to make any more precise assumption.
