Recommended programming for BJJ

Hi,

I’m currently rerunning powerbuilding 1.
I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 2-4 times per week depending on how busy the week is with life etc.
Is there a specific programme you would recommend that would compliment Bjj training.
I’ve run the Bridge and powerbuilding 1 and am currently rerunning pb1 again.
Would you suggest any particular programme or tweaking parts of a programme to suit Bjj training.

I think if you’re currently enjoying your training and how it lines up with the BJJ work, I’d keep doing what you’re doing. If you were looking for a change, I’d consider Titan I, General S/C I, or Strongman I depending on your preferences.
