Rest period between heavy single warm up reps?

Quick question on the right amount of rest between heavier warm up single reps before getting to 1@8 . For example if my 1 @ 8 for Comp Squat is 305…then how long should I rest in between warm up singles at 275, 295 for example… I’ve read just 1 min of rest between warm up sets (singles in this case)…but when it gets heavier does that still apply?

Hello! You should only need longer rests for your final warm up and then working set. Anything before that should be something pretty non-taxing for you as a single.
