Hey guys, wondering what kind of form you guys use on the rowing machine to keep up with the HiiT intensity.
Ive moved the time up to 30/130 as I couldnt get enough intensity with 20 seconds. Whilst the extra 10 seconds is better, its still not there yet in terms of intensity if I was to compare to say sprints (running). The 10 minute cool down is actually the most challenging part
Im wondering if this is just a form/stroke issue.
Ive been using the “sprint” method as outlined in this video.
Do you guys use the sprint method, or use full strokes for your intensity sets.
