Hello again I am 23 years old from Greece and i have two bulging dicks in thoracic spine which my doctor tells me is nothing.But I have some small scoliosis and twisting in my thoracic area.This causes me some clicking and poping in my thoracic area and some stubborn pain(for 5 years).My doctor told me that i should do some physical therapies and some exercises and hire a coach for gym training.What is your opinion for my situation?Should i start LP?
