I would like to know what you folks use as your knowledge base to come up with your own programming? I have Practical Programming for Strength Training but that’s it.
It seems like every time I buy programming, I’ve been conned (Athlean-x: Fake plates, Cybergenics: before and after photos of steroid users). That being the case, I need to know how to do my own programming.

It could take a lot of years of experience with different programs and training goals before you can do your own programming.

What is your main goal and why do you think that you need to do your own programming to meet that goal?
Juggernaut training systems has some programming books. There is some good info on programming ideas. I’ve used the powerlifting one but I’ve gone back to just using BBM templates.
