Programming progression resource

Hi All,

I’m looking through the templates and planning on running the novice program (phase 1) once we’re all freed from our confines and allowed to go back to the gym. I was wondering if there are any resources (e.g. podcasts, articles, books, etc.) that BBM has put out that teach you how to progress your training protocol. I’d really like to learn the general strategy around here as it pertains to adapting your training and making the appropriate adjustments as you move through various training phases and stages of training advancement – essentially, learn to adequately program for oneself.
