Simple question about Strongman Template

I’m using the Strongman template starting tomorrow. I’m doing a free week on the app as a trial.

Since I do not have the reference material, since I haven’t purchased the template yet, what are the recommended rest days?

The first week is 5 days. So, I assume it’s 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off. Or is there a different recommendation?

In general, the four “main” training days (e.g. days 1-4) should be done on M/T/R/F and the “event” day, which is day 5, should be done on Saturday. You can mix and match as you need to, but that’s how we’d recommend it going.
