Hi I currently in week 14 of a 19 week Marathon Training Block. I have been doing the 2 day a week general strength & Conditioning as my strength training during this time. I have been through the program once and and starting the second block again to get me race day. My question is can I use sled work in place of certain exercises on certain days and how would they be programmed. This is my second marathon build and using the GS&C template has helped a ton just looking for some variety.
