Sled work in General Strength in Conditioning while training for Marathon

Hi I currently in week 14 of a 19 week Marathon Training Block. I have been doing the 2 day a week general strength & Conditioning as my strength training during this time. I have been through the program once and and starting the second block again to get me race day. My question is can I use sled work in place of certain exercises on certain days and how would they be programmed. This is my second marathon build and using the GS&C template has helped a ton just looking for some variety.

I think sled work would be best utilzed as conditioning instead of resistance training work. If you were dead set on using it to replace some lifting stuff however, you could do forward pushes in place of some isolation quad work and backwards pulls in place of isolation hamstring work.
