Strained/pulled hamstring

Hi!
Yesterday I strained/pulled my hamstring during deadlifts. After my top set at 1 @rpe 8 (210 kg), I did my backoff sets of 5 @rpe 9 (190 kg). On rep 2, I felt my hamstring pull up like a drop down curtain (if that makes sense). I think it might be a grade 1 or 2 hamstring tear. I can walk but it hurts when the hamstring is stretched, and i’ve been icing it every 3-4 hrs. It’s not swollen or blue, and I can massage it without any severe pain.

How do I proceed with my training, and how do I get back to my current strength level? How soon is too soon for me to start lifting heavy again? Any tips/methods will be very much appreciated!
