It says sets of 4-6 reps, stop at 8.5, 15-25 total reps. Does this mean that if I’m at rep no14 and it is an 8.5, do I stop and do a last set of 1 rep even if its not gonna be an 8.5?

Thanks for the post. So, this means if you’re doing a set of 4-6 reps - no set should go over RPE 8.5. We’d still recommend getting all 25 reps in however, just in smaller sets (e.g. less reps).
