I bought the SL2 program last summer but had to stop early due to injury, about to try again:
1 - I’ve since played around with some of the emerging strategies and am pretty confident my time to peak is 4 weeks. 5 is always worse and 6 (kept it going once to see what was beyond the valley like he says) was no better. I know your program is different because the volume increases through the blocks but would you recommend cutting any of the weeks accordingly?
2 - I’m planning to use push press instead of strict (building up strength for strongman), would you change pin and pause accessories too or just keep them?
3 - My version is 23rd May 2019, any updates since?
