So I was thinking about switching to the Strengthlifting II template in 2 weeks but it appears I am not fully equipped yet. Just a few questions. 1. How do you attach chains to the barbell?
2. What knee wraps do you recommend?
3. What bands for sqautting and minibands for deadlifting do you recommend?

There are options for all of these variants in the template so you don’t have to buy all the gear. However, my personal favorites:
- I like the E-Z loader straps for chains
- I think the SBD training wrap is great for someone who hasn’t used knee wraps before.
- The rogue monster (41") mini (#1) bands are what I like.
