Hi there! Brand new to your site and programmes. Just started Powerbuilding II.
I’ve been weightlifting in various guises for years (Oly, CrossFit, bodybuilding etc) and know that even with dumbbell rows my shoulders get REALLY upset. Is it ok to sub these out in Block 1 with face pulls or maybe a combo of lateral raises and reverse flyes? I ask about these last two because I always get really great side and rear delt stimulus from them, although face pulls are the closest thing I can think of to the actual programmed movement that I know my body tolerates well. Would appreciate your guidance. Thanks!
