Hi Dr. Feigenbaum, hope you’re having a nice day.
I really don’t like barbell rows. Are there any other options to replace those with?

Hello. I am not sure why you wouldn’t like barbell rows. Is there a specific reason you do not want to perform them? What kind of programming are you running right now? Barbell rows are a great accessory movement.
Any other kind of pulling movement can work. Body builder style strict rows, t-bar rows or seated rows can all work.
They are programmed as a deadlift supplement/accessory generally. You could even do a light deadlift for higher reps if you wanted.
The Bridge 1.0. I don’t like the way they make my back feel, causing slight pain there.
How do seated rows help the deadlift? They don’t make your legs, hips or low back any stronger.
You can lower the weight and see what happens. I would not worry about having a slight pain, which is probably because your back is already fatigued after pause squats. In any case, you can even do a cable row. A stronger upper back is a good thing, at least from aesthetic point of view.
The Pendally row, may have carryover to deadlifts, but I am not sure about it. Even if they don’t have, I wouldn’t care. Is a heavy deadlift your only training goal?
