Supplemental volume

Supplemental volume increase from 2 to 3 sets Hypertrophy template week 4. Should I go back to 2 sets when repeating the template, or go from 3 to 4 sets?

What have you done in-between?
What’s your brief training history?

Adding a set may be a good idea but if you’re running it back to back and you’ve got a few years of training history you’d probably want to look at more changes than just that.
