Work schedule changed so I don’t have access to the same equipment on the same days. I’m in body building block 3 and have to either switch days (i.e. do day 3–primarily lower back/legs with day 4, primarly chest/rest of back) or change exercise selection (won’t have access to a trap bar for the last 3 weeks).
I figure it’s better to swap the days and just do day 4 before day 3 rather than swapping in something like sumo deadlift with trap bar deadlift (what I did the first 3 weeks).
Any guidance/thoughts? Super minor and probably can’t make a bad decision here.
