Bodybuilding Template Questions

  1. I’m trying to fit the entire program into 4 training days. Would it be OK to split the biceps/triceps exercises up and do them every day, or should I try and fit them all in on the upper body days?

  2. Is there any way to change the exercise descriptions to better fit what I have available at my gym? For example, I have a Seated leg curl machine, not lying, yet there’s no Seated leg curl in the drop down. This goes for several other exercises as well.

  1. I would just do them 2x/wk.
  2. I don’t have an easy way for you to change the text in that particular template, though when I update it I will add in a “write-in” section where you can do that.
