Other than the blatantly obvious, are the PPL for Hypertrophy and PB basically the same as Hypertrophy I and PB 1?
I can’t tell from the descriptions, but from some google searches, it seems like that might be the case.

While the PPL templates have the same goals as the Hypertrophy and Powerbuilding templates, the programming is pretty different with respect to exercise organization, set and rep prescriptions, and more.
You can get a free 1-week sample of all of these templates on the app if you want to take a look prior to purchase. I think you’ll agree that they approach the same goals with a bit of overlap, but also significant differences.
