The healthiest running distance?

This is probably a difficult question, but I’ve gotten a lot of good answers here, so I’ll try

I run 3 days a week, and my running program is created by runna.com

Which running distance is the healthiest to train for? Is it 5k, 10k, 10 mile, Half Marathon or Marathon?

Or maybe my question doesn’t make sense at all? Why might it not?

There’s no healthiest running distance to train for or perform. It’s not that your question doesn’t make sense per se’, but it’s targeting the wrong thing IMO. Doing the correct dose and formulation of conditioning to improve your vo2max (as a marker of cardiorespiratory fitness) would be the goal, not a specific distance.
