I have read Chris Beardsley’s book, “Strength is Specific”. I have also read a variety of his articles on Medium (Chris Beardsley – Medium), as well as his posts on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/chrisabeardsley/). He seems to be very good at translating research into easily understandable takeaways that can be incorporated into training.
I was listening to a recent Barbell Medicine Q&A podcast session in which you were talking about which blogs and other materials were good starting points in learning about research on training. I was wondering if you are familiar with his writings and whether or not you would recommend them in terms of keeping up with the research in the field of strength training.
