I have been doing some yoga-type movements on rest days. I have found that my hamstrings are very tight. What can I do to make them more normal and mobile?
Is this preventing you from performing certain tasks?

The only thing it is preventing me from doing is getting into some yoga poses. Are you suggesting that if tight hamstrings are not preventing any movements or tasks then don’t worry about them?

I would continue practicing the movements you are trying to accomplish. You could do some specific stretches towards the positions you want to get into, if you’d like.
