ive run the strength, hypertrophy, and bridge
programs. I consider myself average for training powerlifting for a few years now. I’m coming back a little bit of a shoulder injury so my bench didn’t go anywhere
on the last 1/2 of strength and last entire hypertrophy. I want to run the Time Crunch Template
my question is: will I be sacrificing gains or not make any on crunch template just for sake of saving time? Thanks
I think you can definitely gain on the Time Crunch template. In the instructions, it states that Jordan hit a PR while on it.
