Training on holiday with limited equipment?

Does anybody have good anecdotes or experience on how to deal with this and is willing to share here?

For example, you go on a holiday for a few days (let’s say about a week) and you do not have access to a proper gym, maybe only one of those shitty hotel gyms or even nothing at all, due to remoteness of the place.

What do you do instead of completely not training?
How do you replace the exercises from the BBM programs?

Looking for some ideas/inspiration.

If you dont have a barbell, unfortunately you will be stuck just doing GPP. But what are you going to do, not train?

Make do with what is available and don’t worry too much about it.

I travel all over the world and go to places where the closest barbell gym is either too far away or I can’t fit it in my tight schedule. I will shuffle things around the best I can (say do Monday’s workout on Sunday before I leave, do Friday’s when I come back on Saturday). If not, I take the week off, don’t worry about it and repeat the last scheduled week. I’ve had to do this twice in the last few months without it negatively impacting my training over all.
